With reference to your telegram of 19th September Colony is anxious to send to Siberia small Red Cross Unit composed of Commissioner two doctors elow.

ladies nine of whom are trained and qualified Voluntary

Aid Detachment. Colony will guarantee expenses.

If unit not required it is desired to send Ralphs as

Commissioner in order to advise as to the material

required that the Colony could supply. Ralpha can be

spared for 3 monthsonly.
